Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4361 SB 277 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10, 2004, calendar (page 4123), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 277(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education; relating to the Alaska Student Loan Corporation; relating to bonds of the corporation; relating to loan and grant programs of the commission; relating to an exemption from the State Procurement Code regarding certain contracts of the commission or corporation; making conforming changes; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSB 277(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 277(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Moses And so, CSSB 277(FIN) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 277(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
